Cancelled – STECS Annual Garden Party 1st August 2021  

It is with deep regret that the trustees have decided to cancel the 2021 STECS Annual Garden Party planned for Sunday 1st August 2021.

This decision has resulted from concern over the rising number of daily Covid infections due to the Delta variant, and the UK Government delaying the further easing of lockdown restrictions in England until 19th July 2021. In particular there is no guarantee that restrictions will be sufficiently relaxed on 19th July to allow the party to go ahead.

The health and safety of our volunteers and members is our number 1 priority. While the cancellation of our Annual Garden Party may come as a disappointment to many of you, the trustees aim to make the 2022 event bigger and better. Thank you for your understanding.
